Makes: 11 fat bombs
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
- 4 oz full fat cream cheese
- 1 tbs unsalted Irish butter
- 47g canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave (about 10 seconds).
- Mix into the rest of the ingredients.
- Use standard cookie scoop (about 1/2 a TBS) to form into balls and place on tray in freezer to solidify. Should take about 2-3 hours. Move into refrigerator once ready.
